Welcome to the 12th edition of PhoneWorld Magazine; It has been a year of great happenings in ICT around the world; technology took some giant leaps ahead and also took a few steps back. Although it was a grand year for technology, smartphones, wearable tech and cloud computing was among the big trends of 2014.

In this edition of “PhoneWorld Magazine”, we highlighted all the current issue and important developments taken place in the industry. Rizwana Khan showed government’s special interest in incorporating mobile technology in its workings to ensure good governance in the country in her article, “M-Government in Pakistan”. Whereas, Kanwal Ayub made a special effort to highlight the rights violation of telecom consumer in her article, “Telecom Consumer Rights in Pakistan”.

Our Team conducted a special interview with Fawad Khan, the heart throb of Pakistan & Chriss Zull, GSMA Spectrum Director, Asia Pacific, where he shared his extensive telecom regulatory and policy views regarding Pakistan.
