Google I/O 2016 Registration Starts From March 8th

Google’s major event of the year is going to start on May 18th, and it has already announced the way people interested in the event can get tickets. Between March 8th and March 10th, you can register online for the opportunity to get tickets to Google I/O.

Registering between those dates does not really promise you a ticket; because the event always sells out tickets immediately. Google has started drawing names randomly to see who gets to buy one. If your name is selected, then you have the chance to pay $900 to enter. Apple has been using the same lottery system to issue WWDC tickets, too.

However, Google I/O is a designer-focused event, Google uses it as an opening to disclose great news about its tactics for the coming year. It is where Google usually broadcasts the next version of Android, what it has in the works for Chromebooks, and some of the new aspiring ventures coming down its channel.

It is anticipated that this year we will witness the early results of Google’s determination to get Chrome and Android closer together. The important events are live-streamed, as well, so you do not have to be in Mountain View to watch. People should visit Google’s I/O’s website only to check out the interesting 3D font even if they are not willing to attend the event.
