Mobilink Expands BVS Network to Cover 300 cities across Pakistan

Mobilink launches the largest biometric verification system across Pakistan. As per directives of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) no SIM can be sold or activated without biometric verification of the customer. According to the BVS policy, customers now have to verify their identity via thumb impression. In order to provide maximum coverage, Mobilink has deployed 9,405 BVS devices all across Pakistan.

Mobilink Expands BVS Network to Cover 300 cities across Pakistan including both rural and urban areas. For ensuring that the retailers are familiar with the process Mobilink has completed the training of Franchise Owners and Customer Support Executives across Pakistan. For the purchase new SIMs customers can visit Mobilink sales centers and retailer outlets where SIMs can be purchased after thumb verification.
