Rivo Rhythm RX60 Review

Rivo Mobile has launched Rhythm RX60 in its Rhythm Category Brand with some different features along with a ton other same features.

Rivo Rhythm RX60 Review is all about the specs, features, bench markings and the pros and cons of RX60 balancing with the price issue.

The device has 8 MP rear camera with 3264*2448 resolution and 2 MP front camera with 1920*1088 resolution, 3000 mAh non-removable battery that lasts for long long time, dual sim with 3G support, 5″ IPS Display with 854*480 resolution. The RX60 is powered with media tech processor with MTK MT6582 model with 32 bits as its system and four cores with frequency range of 598.0 ~ 1300.0 MHz that provides better results in multi-tasking and multi-threading operations and the renderer is Mali-400 MP. With 1GB Ram integrated with the above mentioned processor all together at the board at a price of (about) Rs: 14000/= is a good choice of the users that is affordable. Rivo Rhythm RX60 review shows that the smartphone has 8 GB of internal secondary memory with an extendable power of up to 32GB.

A set of choice for those, who wants to pay less for a smartphone with Quad-core processor, 1GB Ram and 8GB Rom with a camera for cool selfies and surf fast internet with 3G support and play games with graphics for a long time with the 3000 mAh battery inside.

Pros and Cons:

Pros:

1: Battery is 3000 mAh which lasts for long.

2: The Bench marking points are greater compared to Rivo Phantom PZ8 which was in its fifteen thousands (15000s) and Rivo Rhythm RX60 with the same specs have marked 19839 which is much higher than that of Rivo Phantom PZ8.

3: With a price of Rs: 13800/=, Rivo Rhythm RX60 is affordable with Quad-core processor and 1GB Ram and 8GB Rom.

4: Dual sim and 3G enabled.(Sim1 WCDMA , Sim 2 GSM).

Cons:

1: The shape is not that much attractive as do the others of the Rivo kind do have. It has a general shape with blind endings. Although, the back is quiet attractive.

2: The battery is non-removable nor replaceable and this is a major problem with the people’s choice of Pakistan.

3: The camera is 8 MP and it is which is 13 MP with auto-focus in Rivo Phantom PZ8.

External Snapshots:

Rivo Rhythm RX60 comes in black and white colors. The device has a metallic ring that comes at the sides and around the body from the front near the selection keys. The camera is supported with a dual flash light that is fitted just below the camera which itself is present at the center of the upper part of the RX60. The speaker is present at the back side with its Rivo’s logo. The pack contains a multi-media hands free, a charger with a USB cable. Consult the pack in the snaps below.

Check the internal structure if you are interested to watch it in zoom, when the back cover is removed. Although the battery is 3000 mAh and 11.4 Wh, yet it has a problem that the battery is non replaceable and can’t be removed at all.

Interface Experience:

Rivo Rhythm RX60 has a cool interface with nice and attractive themes with built-in applications like Facebook, Skype, Twitter, Whatsapp, WeChat, You Tube, World Prayer, BBM, Desi Radio etc. The interface, keyboard, keypad are being used the typical ones with a slight change of a red base area with the dial option along with other options. The camera consists of an option for QR-Code which isn’t present in every smartphone device.

With Bench Marking:

A device is better checked and tested if we drop it in the run for bench marking. Same is here what we have done, by checking all the chunks and angles with “The Three” famous bench marking applications with millions of millions of downloads, which are Antutu, Vellamo and a GPU testing application called GPU Bench mark.

Antutu:

With antutu, we were expecting RX60 to be in the 15 thousands with 1GB Ram and a Quad-Core processor, but the result came out to be in 19 thousands which proves that the processor, Ram, Rom and output modules have a very good interaction with each other and supports multi-tasking processes with efficiency.

Vellamo:

Vellamo is a Qualcomm application that checks the performance of single core, multi-cores at once as well as the power of browser and bench marks them all in a row. The results are shown in the snapshots below.

GPU Bench Marking:

Having a graphical processing unit of version OpenGL ES 2.0, a vender of ARM and renderer of Mali-400 MP, the results are better than other smartphones in the row of price and specs.
