Snapchat Lets Users To Retrieve Photos After Deleting

Snapchat (a photo messenging app) states that the deleted data can be recover from its mobile photo-sharing app. Photos send through Snapchat are always deleted within 10 seconds but now it is claimed that photos can be retrieve from Android-powered devices using forensic software.

Using the app, users can take photos, record videos, add text and drawings, and send them to a controlled list of recipients. Snapchat users can choose how long a photo is view-able after it is sent. Once the time limit of up to 10 seconds expires the photo is deleted from Snapchat servers.

The company claims the process of recovering a photo takes several hours but to provide this service, company charge a fee of between $300 and $500 (£195-£325).
