You just simply have to log in on Member Area. Click on the Prepaid Call history button and then click on view. A PIN code will be automatically send to your number for verification and after submitting that PIN code you will be able to see your call history of last 21 days.

You can view and download the call history absolutely free. Unfortunately the Postpaid customers can not avail this offer because this offer is only available for prepaid customer. How to Check the Call History:

• After Logging on Members area, Prepaid Call History option is available.
• Customer will select Date Range maximum of 21 days & press “View”.
• PIN code will be auto generated for verification & send on customer’s number via SMS.
• Customer will then punch that PIN Code & press “Submit”.
• Upon successful verification of PIN Code, Call History Details will be visible to customer.
• Download Details’ option is also available through which customers can download call details in Excel format.
